Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team. The CNA will provide direct patient care and assist patients with daily living activities under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). The ideal candidate is patient-focused, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality care in a professional healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities

Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting.

Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration.

Help patients with mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.

Maintain accurate patient documentation and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff.

Assist nurses and healthcare providers with patient care procedures.

Ensure patient rooms and care areas are clean, safe, and organized.

Provide emotional support and compassionate care to patients and families.

Follow infection control, safety, and HIPAA guidelines at all times.

Respond promptly to patient call lights and requests.
Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the applicable state.

High school diploma or GED required.

Current CPR/BLS certification preferred.

Previous healthcare or long-term care experience preferred but not required.
