Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Indianapolis, IN. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of clerical and administrative tasks, including but not limited to answering and redirecting phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing office supplies, and providing executive administrative assistance as needed. The role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff, and healthcare professionals. The Administrative Assistant will support the seamless operation of our office and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional patient care.
Qualifications

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office)
- Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus
