Locations: Valley View Camp/ Leopold Camp, Memorial Spray Park, Bellwood Park & Pool
Camp Sessions:
- Session 1: June 8 – July 2 (No camp July 3)
- Session 2: July 6 – July 31
- Session 3: August 3 – August 14 (Spray Park location only)
Schedule:
- Valley View, Leopold, Memorial Spray Park: Monday–Thursday
- Bellwood Park & Pool: Monday–Friday
Hours: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $11.00–$12.00/hour (based on experience)
Job Summary:
We are seeking energetic and responsible Summer Camp Counselors to work in our outdoor day camps. Counselors supervise and engage children in games, activities, crafts, and trips while ensuring a safe, fun, and inclusive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise campers and lead age‑appropriate activities
- Ensure camper safety and well‑being
- Promote teamwork, respect, and inclusion
- Follow camp policies and communicate with staff
Requirements:
- 18 years old or high school graduate
- Available for one or more camp sessions
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Reliable, patient, and enthusiastic
Preferred:
- Experience working with children
- Education, recreation, or childcare background
- Teacher aides and teachers encouraged to apply
