What are the responsibilities and job description for the Paraprofessional Substitute (24-25 District Wide) position at Central Berkshire Regional School District?
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Experience working with students who face a variety of learning, behavioral, and emotional challenges.
- Ability to follow teacher direction.
- Good organization and communication skills.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Assist supervisory teacher in implementing accomodatons and specialized strategies of instruction, skill development, and task completion.
- Assist general and special education teachers in collecting data on student progress.
- Collaborate wit other staff in implenting a behavioral intervention plan, as needed.
REPORTS TO:
Principal and/or other Supervisor
SALARY:
In accordance paraprofessional' contract, Step 1.
