Schedule: Full-time | 37.5 hours/week | Monday–Friday: 9am-5pm

* About the Outpatient Program Coordinator Role
The Outpatient Program Coordinator is responsible for clinical and administrative oversight for staff of the Outpatient Department at the 1100 Powell Street location.

* Responsibilities
- Good working knowledge of adult behavioral health services and the ability to communicate with external agencies.
- Knowledge of applicable regulations and licensing requirements.
- Supervision and development of staff members.
- Ability to handle emergencies, crises, and safety concerns.
- Manage daily operations and workflow effectively.
- Addressing consumer needs through creative problem-solving and coordination of care.
- Hiring and onboarding as needed.
- Attend required committee meetings.
* Qualifications
Education
- Master’s degree from an accredited program in human services, psychology, counseling, education, or related field
- Official transcript must reflect completed practicum
Experience & Skills
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills. Experience in EHR systems, and SharePoint a plus.
- Experience working with the adult population.
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage time effectively.
- Ability to maintain an energetic and positive work environment.
Other Requirements
- Subject to the requirements of the Child Protective Services Law.
