What You’ll Do:
- Assist customers with questions about their policies and coverage options
- Support the sales team by helping generate quotes and follow up with clients
- Build relationships with new and existing customers
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and day-to-day office support tasks
- Learn multiple insurance products and how to match them to customer needs
- Help identify opportunities to better serve customers
