Duties, Scope, Responsibliities & Authority
Serve as the primary contact for designated commercial and retail relationships, delivering tailored financial solutions to meet client needs. Build, maintain, and expand relationships with signature clients through exceptional service, proactive advice, and ongoing education on products and services. Act as a liaison by connecting clients with wealth management, commercial lending, treasury management services, and retail banking.
Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across commercial, retail, and wealth management segments to drive measurable growth. Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain clients while expanding the bank’s market presence. Collaborate with product specialists to present banking solutions and leverage community networks to generate new client acquisition opportunities.
Deliver tailored, concierge-level experience with the highest standards of professionalism, organization, and communication to build trust and foster long-term client loyalty. Proactively manage complex client needs with clear communication and organized processes, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Provide responsive, client focused service that exceeds expectations, enhances satisfaction, and drives relationship growth.
Responsible for compliance with all banking regulations which are applicable to the job, including Bank Secrecy Act and information security initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree. Preferred experience in private banking, financial advisory services, wealth management, or business development with a proven track record of managing high-net-worth clients, driving relationship growth, and delivering personalized financial solutions. Strong knowledge of financial products and services designed for high-net-worth clients. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and judgment abilities. Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships. Energetic, self-motivated, and highly results driven. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills. Passion for serving others and building lasting client relationships. High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion. Creative, innovative, and forward-thinking with the ability to collaborate and influence effectively.
