What are the responsibilities and job description for the Loan Review Analyst position at Central Bank?
Our Loan Review Analysts work in a dynamic environment to assess the overall risk in our commercial credit portfolios. Analysts use critical thinking, financial analysis, and technical skills to develop a sound foundation of credit knowledge and risk assessment. Each analyst works closely with both market lenders and bank management to identify specific risks in individual loans, credit relationships, and industry segments. Analysts learn about and review a wide variety of business customers ranging from small startup businesses to established corporations in various industries, such as commercial and residential real estate, hospitality, manufacturing, and agriculture.
A foundation in credit analysis and risk assessment is an asset for a career in banking, and many of our analysts have ascended into lending and lending management roles within the company.

Bachelor of Science, Master of Business Administration, or Master of Accountancy preferred with degree major/emphasis in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
Technical writing skills
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Good organizational and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for traveling to affiliate bank locations
