Job Duties
- Serve as the face of the Kansas City Trust/Wealth Management office, representing Central Trust Company in the local market.
- Lead market growth initiatives through proactive business development and client acquisition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank partners to drive cross-referral activity and integrated client solutions.
- Develop and maintain centers of influence relationships with attorneys, CPAs, and other advisors.
- Lead, coach, and develop the local wealth management team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
- Ensure consistent delivery of a high-quality client experience while maintaining fiduciary, regulatory, and compliance standards.
- Provide leadership oversight on complex client relationships and trust matters.
- Support recruiting, onboarding, and professional development to align talent with market growth goals.
