What are the responsibilities and job description for the Consumer Lending & Insurance Specialist position at Central Bank?
Work closely with insurance companies to complete claims and gap coverages.
Work with loan officers for insurance purposes.
Other duties as assigned.
Maintain knowledge of the Consumer Lending Collateral Protection/Insurance Policy and Guide.
Call/Text/Email customers to obtain required insurance documentation needed for loan requirements.
Work the Collateral Protection Insurance program to ensure the Bank’s Consumer Lending Assets or protected.
Process Insurance documents received from multiple sources.
Process total loss insurance claims timely.
Communicate with dealership to cancel warranty contracts
File Gap Claims.
