This full-time position is located within Central Technology Services. The ideal candidate may work from either our Jefferson City or Springfield location.
This role will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and financial center staff to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of the ATM environment.

Responsibilities Include
- Administer, monitor, and support the organization’s ATM environment.
- Perform day-to-day operational support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of ATM systems.
- Coordinate with vendors, including NCR, for incident resolution, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Plan, test, and implement ATM software updates, patches, and configuration changes.
- Monitor system health and availability to ensure maximum uptime and customer experience.
- Document procedures, configurations, and support processes.
- Provide Tier II support and escalation assistance as needed.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Other duties as assigned
- Must be available Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Some evenings and/or weekends may be required for maintenance activities.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 2 years experience supporting ATM platforms or financial services technology preferred.
- Prior experience working with NCR ATM hardware and software strongly preferred.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision within a structured environment.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and customer service skills.
- Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking fundamentals, and vendor-supported applications.
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
