JOB SUMMARY:
Performs ongoing maintenance of Bank’s facilities as well as repair work such as electrical, plumbing, carpet repair, roof repair, drywall, painting, etc.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Performs ongoing maintenance of Bank’s facilities as well as repair work such as electrical, plumbing, carpet repair, roof repair, drywall, painting, etc.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- High School diploma or GED
- Three years’experience in building maintenance (, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
- Ability to lift 100 pounds
- Maintain a valid Kentucky driver’s license
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
- Able to work without direct supervision
- Customer- oriented
- Logical problem-solving ability
- Delivers office supplies to banking centers.
- Completes duties according to preventive maintenance schedules (e.g. lubricates door locks and hinges, check roof top fans for proper operation.).
- Performs repairs to interior and exterior of facilities.
- Completes written report of daily activities and work accomplished.
- Operates small gasoline engines.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
