Loan Operations Specialist
SUMMARY: As a key member of our Loan Operations Department, Loan Operations Specialist is responsible for all aspects of processing and servicing. This position works closely with lenders, loan documentation and credit, to ensure every loan is accurately boarded and maintained throughout its life cycle.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Review, and process loan documentation for commercial, consumer, and real estate loans
· Accurately board new loans, renewals, and modifications into the core system
· Monitor loan ticklers and insurance requirements to ensure compliance
· Perform ongoing loan maintenance, payments, and payoff processing
· Reconcile loan accounts, escrows, and general ledger entries
· Provide exceptional internal customer service to lending and credit staff
· Assist with audit and regulatory exam requests
· Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all bank policies and regulations
SUPERVISORY REQUIREMENTS:
· This position does not require supervisory responsibility.
