Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gainesville, GA. The Administration Assistant will perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the team, such as managing calls, organizing documents, and maintaining office efficiency. Daily responsibilities include scheduling, clerical work, and assistance with executive administrative duties. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and strong verbal and written Communication skills
- Competence in Clerical Skills, such as document management and scheduling
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently
- Experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent tools
