Job Summary
(1) Must be willing to work, and show up to job assignment on time.
(2) Must have firearm experience (carried handgun in performance of assigned duties)
(3) Can pass or have passed CLEST handgun qualification (400 minimum).
(4) Position is for 4 Days per week (32-34hrs)
Responsibilities
- Monitor surveillance equipment and conduct regular inspections of facilities.
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, ensuring safety and security protocols are followed.
- Enforce regulations and procedures to maintain order and prevent loss or damage.
- Prepare detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement when necessary for investigations or emergencies.
- Provide assistance in conflict management situations, utilizing de-escalation techniques when appropriate.
Skills
- Must be 21 years of age, and meet the State of Arkansas pertaining to Private/Commissioned Security Officers.
- Proficient in surveillance techniques and the operation of CCTV systems.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Knowledge of CPR and First Aid practices is an asset.
- Must successfully complete a background investigation and a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test.
- Sit, stand and walk for at least 2 hours
- Constant use of both hands and arms to reach/handle/grasp, use phone, and perform other tasks.
