WHAT WE'RE OFFERING OUR PEST CONTROL SPECIALIST
Pay: This is a performance-based position, and depending on sold services, you can make $45,000 - $60,000/year
Full-time benefits: PTO, health insurance, dental, and life insurance
Great perks: 6 weeks of paid training ($15.00 - $18.00/hour), a company-provided work vehicle, and an established route (no D2D sales required)
WHAT'S REQUIRED?
Experience would be a bonus! What's most important is that you're open to learning and committed to sticking around for a while. Our Pest Control Specialist needs:
- Ability to pass a state certification exam after your training period
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, wear a respirator, and pass a medical fitness exam
- Working knowledge of the Central Arkansas region
