COMMUNITY RESOURCES MANAGER Full-time (40 hour/week). The Central Arkansas Library System is seeking a compassionate and experienced Community Resources Manager to lead the Librarys community resources department and oversee the development of trauma-informed, equitable, and accessible services for patrons experiencing life challenges. This role is responsible for supervising staff and interns, guiding community-based programming and outreach efforts, supporting staff training and crisis response initiatives, and serving as a system-wide resource on trauma-informed practices, accessibility, and social service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, current LMSW licensure (LCSW preferred), and significant experience working with vulnerable populations, and a deep commitment to public service, collaboration, and supporting patrons and staff through compassionate and ethical practices.
