Duties:
- Manage and supervise the front desk staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for patients
- Handle patient inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate with staff and to ensure clinic rooms are clean and well-maintained
- Monitor and enforce policies and procedures to ensure patient satisfaction and safety
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional experiences
- Stay updated on medical trends and best practices in order to continuously improve front office operations
Experience:
- Previous experience in management or human resource services management is required
- Proven track record of providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of clinical operations, including front desk procedures, appointments, and revenue management
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with patients, staff, and management
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling multiple phone lines
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and tact
- Familiarity with front desk software systems is preferred
