Sales Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and personable Sales Representative to join our auto auction team. This position is responsible for building relationships with dealers, increasing vehicle sales, and providing excellent customer service throughout the auction process.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with automotive dealers and customers.

• Promote available vehicles and encourage buyer participation.

• Assist dealers with vehicle information, pricing, and auction processes.

• Follow up with customers and identify new sales opportunities.

• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.

• Provide professional, responsive customer service.

• Work closely with auction and operations teams to ensure a smooth sales process.

Qualifications

• Previous sales, automotive, dealership, or auction experience preferred.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic computer and organizational skills.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
