Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Air Conditioning Technician to join our team, providing expert service and maintenance for HVAC systems across various commercial and residential properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, experience with HVAC systems, and the ability to troubleshoot complex equipment. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects involving HVAC equipment ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction.

Duties

• Install, service, and repair air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, boilers, and other HVAC equipment
• Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure efficiency and longevity
• Diagnose issues using tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment
• Perform equipment repair tasks as needed for system integrity
• Maintain detailed service records and report on system performance
• Operate a driver vehicle safely for field service calls
• Follow safety protocols during all maintenance activities, including property maintenance tasks

Experience

• Proven service & installer technician experience in HVAC.
• Familiarity with schematics, HVAC design principles, and equipment repair techniques
• Field service experience working independently or as part of a team
• Skills in general equipment repair.
• Prior experience with HVAC/R systems or appliance repair will be advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to read technical diagrams and troubleshoot using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters
• Valid driver’s license required

Pay: $23.00 - $38.00 per hour
