The Opportunity
You will serve as a critical field leader, driving the successful execution of residential renovation projects. This role allows you to utilize your comprehensive technical expertise and business acumen to ensure high-quality installations. How You Will Make an Impact
- Supervise daily field operations to ensure high-quality residential construction project delivery.
- Manage onsite construction activities in strict accordance with project plans and structural demands.
- Coordinate complex workflows including plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting tasks to maintain timelines.
- Resolve real-time technical and logistical issues on-site to prevent project delays or hazards.
- Maintain clear communication with field teams to foster a culture built on teamwork and respect.
- Oversee hands-on home improvements, rehab work for flips, and specialized system installations.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Possess a valid and active Class A License.
- Proven hands-on construction experience encompassing plumbing, painting, drywall, and electrical work.
- Strong technical expertise and business acumen necessary for managing large-scale projects from planning to completion.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% of working hours outside a 30-mile radius of the job location.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in mechanical, HVAC, or general contracting fields.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience in managing project logistics, budgets, and safety compliance protocols.
