Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all residential HVAC installation operations.
- Schedule crews and allocate manpower to maximize productivity.
- Monitor installation timelines and project completion goals.
- Conduct quality control inspections and job site reviews.
- Track department KPIs, productivity, callbacks, and profitability.
- Work closely with sales and service departments to coordinate projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company procedures, and installation best practices.
- Identify process improvements that increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory, equipment, and installation resources as needed.
Qualifications
- 7 years of HVAC installation experience.
- Previous management or supervisory experience.
- Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems and installation practices.
- EPA Universal Certification.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
