- Assist participants with daily living needs (ADLs)
- Support and help lead recreational and social activities
- Encourage participation and engagement in programs
- Monitor participant safety and well-being
- Build positive relationships with participants and team members
- Active CNA certification in Virginia
- Genuine interest in activities, recreation, or group engagement
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with elderly or disabled populations preferred
