What are the responsibilities and job description for the Specialty Scheduling Assistant | Rehabilitation position at CentraCare?
This position is related to the CentraCare Plaza expansion that is opening Summer of 2026, with a projected start date in June-July! This 60,0000 square foot expansion will include a 24,000 square foot gym with various surfaces, overhead robotic trolleys, Neck and Back Program gym, Aquatic Center, and more!
This positions is responsible for providing scheduling support to department. Participates in the coordination of clinic activity through the processing of physician orders, and performing patient scheduling duties to support patient care staff to achieve the hospital mission.
Schedule:
- Full-time | 80 hours per two weeks | Onsite
Days | Clinic hours are Mon-Thurs 7am-5:30pm and Fridays 7am-4:30pm
Pay and Benefits:
- Starting pay begins at $18.56 per hour and increases with experience
- Pay range: $17.71 - $26.54 per hour

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required.
- 1 years experience or equivalent knowledge/skills required.
- Post high school secretarial training preferred.
- Must demonstrate excellent communicative skills.
- Typing 50 wpm.
- Working knowledge of computers and general office equipment.
