What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapist position at CentraCare?
As a Physical Therapist, you will organize and conduct medically prescribed physical therapy programs to restore function and prevent disability following diseases, injuries, or loss of a body part. You will evaluate, plan, direct, and administer physical therapy treatments and modalities as prescribed by a licensed physician. Your role involves helping patients reach their maximum performance and functional levels while learning to live within the limits of their capabilities.
SCHEDULE & PAY:
- Casual | As needed
- Monday - Friday | 7:30am-5:00pm
- Starting pay begins at $41.39 per hour and increases with experience
- Pay range: $38.79-58.19 per hour
QUALFICATIONS:
- Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy
- Physical Therapist (PT) Licensed by the MN Board of Physical Therapy as a physical therapist or current temporary permit required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card
