Our Lab Assistant is a support position in the laboratory setting. Students, individuals with patient care background and others with some lab experience would be a great match for this role! This position will rotate between various location within St. Cloud including Southway, Sauk Crossing, and Northway Labs.
What you’ll do:
- Collect blood samples from the patient
- Create an atmosphere of trust and confidence with patients
- Perform low complexity testing and culture set-up
Schedules Available:
- Northway Clinic primary location
- Part-time | 48-64 hours every two weeks
- Monday and Friday | 3 days per week
- Rotating shifts between 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm, 8:15am-5:15pm; 8:30am-5:30pm
- Northway Clinic primary location
- Full-time | 64-80 hours every two weeks
- Monday and Friday
- Rotating shifts between 7am-4pm; 7:30am-4:30pm; 8am-5pm; 8:30am-5:30pm
- Southway Clinic primary location
- Part-time | 48-64 hours every two weeks
- Monday and Friday | 3 days per week
- Rotating shifts between 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm, 8:15am-5:15pm; 8:30am-5:30pm
Pay and Benefits:
- Starting pay begins at $18.28 per hour and increases with experience
- Pay range: $17.00 - $25.54 per hour

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prefer graduate from or in the process of pursing a phlebotomy certificate from an accredited laboratory program or medical -related program
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic computer skills
