Schedule
Flexible FTE (0.4–1.0) | Onsite – CentraCare Midsota- St. Cloud, MN
Day shifts | Flexible hours between 8am-5pm
No call, holiday or weekend requirements
Pay and Benefits
Salary range: $260,000 - $300,000 per year
Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.

Qualifications
Required:
BE/BC in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Experience working within Addiction Medicine
Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure
Preferred:
Leadership experience in complex or vulnerable patient populations
Interest in community health, population health, and systems-based care
