Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Benson, MN     

This position is eligible for hiring incentives to include sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.

Schedule

• ​​Full-time | 1.0 FTE | Onsite at CentraCare – Benson   
• ​Days | 8-hour shifts | 7:30am – 5pm  
• ​Clinic Position with Walk-In and Primary Care Panel 

• ​Flexible Call – Flexible FTE

Pay and Benefits

• Salary range: $260,000 - $500,000 per year

  • Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity

  • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

  • May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based (RVU) compensation.

Qualifications

Required:

• BE/BC in Family Medicine

• Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure
