Your Impactful Role:

As an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) with CentraCare in Willmar, you will be at the forefront of delivering advanced pre-hospital emergency patient care and transportation. From neonates to geriatric patients, your expertise will be crucial in providing both emergent and non-emergent services to individuals across the surrounding communities. Your dedication will be instrumental in saving lives and providing comfort during times of crisis.

Pay and Benefits:

• Starting pay begins at $19.44 per hour and increases with experience.
  • Pay range: $19.44 - $30.26 per hour

• Work on our EMS team and get free continuing education through Flight Bridge to maintain and renew your certifications.

Schedule:

• Part-time | 24 hours every two weeks.
• Variable days and nights working 12-hour shifts
• Rotating shifts, includes weekends and holidays.

Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited EMT-Basic / Advanced EMT (AEMT) course required, verified through certification with the EMSRB or NREMT.
• NIMMS 100, 200, 700 certifications; able to obtain within 3 months.
• Valid current NREMT with Minnesota EMSRB Certification or Valid Minnesota EMSRB Certification with NREMT to be obtained by 2032.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing is required.
