Join one of Houston’s fastest-growing ABA therapy centers in the Galleria/River Oaks area! We’re seeking caring, motivated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll manage a small caseload (about 8 clients), conduct assessments, design individualized treatment plans, and mentor a team of dedicated behavior technicians. You’ll also work closely with families through ongoing parent training to ensure meaningful progress at home.
What we’re looking for:
Active BCBA certification & professional liability insurance
2 years of experience working with children on the autism spectrum
Strong motivation to contribute to a supportive, team-driven environment
