As the late evening/overnight lead, you'll be more than the first face patients see. You'll set the tone for compassionate service, support a high-performing team, and help ensure seamless patient access operations in a fast-paced emergency environment. Your ability to think independently, make sound decisions, and lead by example will make a meaningful difference every shift.

Schedule

Full-Time | 80 Hours Every Two Weeks

• Overnight shifts: 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM
• Flexible option if better for you: 7:00 PM - 3:30 AM
Weekend on-call rotation amongst Leads/SPVs

Pay & Benefits

Starting at $23.76/hour with higher pay based on experience.

• Full Pay Range: $23.76 - $35.64/hour
Shift Differential pay: $3.00/hour between 11p and 7a

What You'll Do

• Welcome and support patients and families entering the Emergency Trauma Center
• Complete registration, insurance verification, and patient access functions accurately and efficiently
• Provide leadership, training, coaching, and ongoing support to Patient Access team members
• Serve as a resource for complex registrations and workflow questions
• Ensure compliance with department procedures and quality standards
Help create a positive, compassionate experience for every patient

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Leadership experience, preferably in a Hospital or Healthcare setting
• Working knowledge of Epic Prelude, ADT, Scheduling, Insurance Authorization, and Referral functions is required
• Epic Prelude/ADT Certification (or equivalent vendor credentialing) required within one year of hire, if applicable
• Strong customer service, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
