What are the responsibilities and job description for the Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant position at Centra Care?
As a COTA, under the supervision of a registered Occupational Therapist (OTR), you will schedule, plan, and deliver prescribed occupational therapy treatments and home instruction to patients. Responsibilities include assisting in various therapeutic activities, maintaining communication with healthcare professionals and families, gathering assessment information, interpreting physician orders, providing patient education, and reporting weekly on patient progress. SCHEDULE
- Casual hours in Long Prairie and Sauk Centre locations Monday-Friday | Day Shift | Rotating holidays
PAY & BENEFITS
- Starting pay begins at $27.25 per hour and increases with experience
- Pay range: $24.21-37.08 per hour

QUALIFICATIONS
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Basic Life Support (BLS) Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card per established policy.
