Centorr Vacuum Industries LLC is a technical leader in the design of high temperature vacuum and controlled atmosphere furnaces. Our web site, www.centorr.com, describes our product offerings in detail. We are seeking an individual to fill a Field Service Technician position.
The individual selected for this position will plan and coordinate activities concerned with the testing and installation of vacuum furnaces, training customers, investigating and resolving customer technical problems with equipment, and eliminating further operational service difficulties. In addition, the candidate selected will also be responsible for the in-house testing of furnaces prior to shipment as well as being responsible for the test data sheets, service records and performance reports for furnaces tested. When not working with our customers at their site, you will work at our Nashua, NH facility.
This position will require the individual to have the ability to travel up to 50 percent of the time. If you have experience in the following areas this may be the opportunity for you: electrical journeyman, refrigeration, pipe fitting or 3-5 years’ experience as a mechanical or electrical technician. The applicant selected will need to have the ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, and experience working with PLC and HMI software and/or vacuum furnaces is a plus.
