What You'll Be Up To
- Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing team throughout the organization
- Run monthly reports
- Compile correspondence and presentations of monthly analytics
- Help with the execution of ongoing marketing initiatives
- Data entry into Salesforce for database growth, customer maintenance and lead generation
- Provide back-up to the Executive Assistant as required
- Work on ad hoc projects as requested
- Perform clerical duties as requested and manage the day-to-day needs of the office
- Manage confidential information
- Must have 1-3 years administrative experience preferably with a sales and marketing team
- Experience with Salesforce, Pardot or similar CRM and marketing automation solutions, highly preferred
- Advanced experience with Excel
- Individual must be highly detail-oriented
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
- Be a proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently or collaboratively with other departments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in Microsoft Office and Google applications
