Job Summary
- Supporting Sales Representatives
- Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing team throughout the organization
- Running monthly reports
- Compile correspondence and presentations of monthly analytics
- Creating and maintaining reports in MS Excel and Word
- Managing a multi-line telephone system
- Supporting Management with day-to-day business needs
- Tracking Sales
- Data entry into Salesforce for database growth
- Provide back-up to the Executive Assistant as required
- Manage confidential information
- Must have 3-5 years administrative experience preferably with a sales and marketing team
- Advanced Excel experience is required
- Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus
- Excellent communication, follow-up, interpersonal skills
- Organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
- Be a proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently or collaboratively with other departments
- Must have strong data entry skills
