QuestMark Flooring, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is the national leader in the industrial flooring industry for concrete polishing and epoxy systems. Since 1968 we have provided manufacturing facilities with a single source for solutions to their concrete floor needs.
We are hiring an Inside Sales Estimator in Canonsburg, PA! This person will work with Project Management in preparing new projects for our concrete polishing and epoxy flooring services throughout the United States.
Job Summary:
- Read and decipher project specifications as it relates to the polished concrete and epoxy industry
- Interact with general contractors, architects, flooring associates and the operations department to ensure a clear understanding of project objectives, specifications, and ability to bid projects
- Review plans and architectural drawings and prepare accurate take-offs on projects that will bid
- Assist in the preparation of bidding projects
- Communicate with general contractors to find additional flooring opportunities
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in construction estimating or inside sales, ideally within the flooring or commercial interiors sector
- Desire to move into a future outside sales role within the company
- Ability to interpret blueprints and architectural drawings
- Analytical, problem solving and organizational/time management skills
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated
- Able to build and develop relationships
- Computer skills (proficient in MS Word, Excel and Autoquote)
- Valid State driver's license (in good standing) is required
- Associate Degree or higher is preferred
