- Diagnose floor issues and safety hazards
- Clean, sanitize, and disinfect commercial, industrial, and retail properties
- Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety rules and regulations
- Proper use of equipment and materials
- Strive to meet and exceed any and all production targets
- Input timely hours
- Supervise flooring service maintenance crews
- All candidates must be willing to travel and stay out of town
- Ability to work overnights, Saturdays, Sundays & holidays
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Must obtain respirator medical evaluation and pass fit test
