Duties
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
- Responsible for ensuring timely communication (on a daily basis) with sales, operations, clients and field personnel.
- Drive to customer’s facility (multi-state travel required)
- Required to frequently inspect the project
- Oversee and ensure that the crew is performing up to customer standards
- Responsible for setting up and maintaining a safe job site
- Coordinate activities related to the installation of polished concrete and epoxy flooring system projects.
- Oversee the organization, scheduling and implementation of each project.
- Work closely with the Warehouse Manager in ordering materials for projects
- Knowledge of administration and management of flooring projects
- Two to three years of previous flooring experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good mathematical skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to direct the efforts of supervisors and crew
- Ability to work successfully both individually and within a team environment
- Current Driver’s License in good standing
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to drive long distances and stay overnight
- Exposure to construction conditions
