Senior Product Manager – AI Engineering

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with a deep understanding of agentic AI systems, multi-agent architectures and enterprise-scale automation to define CAIF’s product strategy, validate market fit and lead its evolution from prototype to platform.

What You’ll Do

1. Product Strategy & Market Definition

• Lead market research and competitive analysis across hyperscaler frameworks and AI platforms.
• Define CAIF’s differentiation: a vendor-neutral, in-VPC multi-agent fabric for engineering and operations automation.
• Identify key market segments, personas and use cases (TestGen, DevOps orchestration, AIOps, support copilots) to validate product-market fit.

2. Multi-Agent System Design

• Partner with architecture and R&D teams to shape the multi-agent orchestration model - defining agent roles, coordination logic, memory persistence and evaluation protocols.
• Establish frameworks for agent governance, EvalOps and policy-driven orchestration to ensure trust, safety and repeatability.
• Translate AI research concepts (retrieval, planning, reflection, feedback loops) into practical, production-grade product capabilities.

3. Product Definition & Delivery

• Define the CAIF Control Plane: registry, orchestration API, agent SDK, telemetry and cost governance.
• Prioritize roadmap milestones for TestGen Pack, DevEx Pack and AIOps Pack based on data-driven impact.
• Drive alignment between data, platform and delivery teams to build scalable, modular systems that can be deployed in client VPCs.

4. Research & Validation

• · Run structured discovery with engineering leaders, QA heads, DevOps teams and CIOs to identify pain points in current workflows.
• · Lead proof-of-value experiments with early adopters to gather feedback on reliability, usability and ROI of agent-driven orchestration.
• · Own product metrics such as adoption, agent success rate, cost-to-value ratio and trust score.

5. Go-to-Market & Evangelism

• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to define GTM positioning, pricing and packaging for CAIF Packs and Platform licenses.
• Build case studies and ROI narratives showing measurable impact - cycle time reduction, MTTR improvement and cost efficiency.
• Represent Centific’s CAIF vision at conferences, webinars and client innovation forums as the voice of “AI-augmented engineering.”

What You’ll Bring

• 8–10 years of product management experience, ideally in AI platforms, developer tooling, DevOps, or intelligent automation.
• Deep familiarity with enterprise AI ecosystems (OpenAI, Azure AI, Bedrock, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, Hugging Face, etc.).
• Understanding of software engineering pipelines (GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, ADO, Jira, ServiceNow, Datadog, Dynatrace).
• Strong grounding in MLOps / EvalOps, model risk management and prompt performance evaluation.
• Proven ability to translate R&D breakthroughs into usable, scalable product features.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams - AI researchers, engineers, architects, GTM strategists and client partners.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling and systems-thinking abilities; able to move seamlessly between technical and business conversations.
