Monday-Thursday 7am-5pm
Centex Diesel Performance is a growing diesel repair and performance shop looking to add a driven, skilled Diesel Technician to our team. We’re seeking someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well, and wants long-term growth in a solid shop environment, and MUST HAVE aftermarket and OEM knowledge on LIGHT-DUTY DIESEL TRUCKS.
Job Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel engines and drivetrain systems
- Perform engine repairs, fuel systems, electrical diagnostics, and emissions work
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues efficiently
- Perform routine maintenance, including PM services, inspections, brakes, and suspension
- Use scan tools and diagnostic equipment accurately
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Requirements
- 3 years of diesel technician experience
- Experience with Powerstroke, Cummins, and Duramax trucks
- Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills
- Strong communication skills with team and management
- Own basic tools (specialty tools provided)
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation & Benefits
- $80,000–$120,000 annually, based on experience and abilities
