As an Appointment Scheduler, you will be responsible for making appointments for patients following medical practice procedures. Tasks may be integrated into another position, e.g. receptionist/registration clerk, or medical assistant.
Location: CenterWell Senior Primary Care office address: 1149 Main Street, 2nd Floor, Lady Lake, Florida 32159
Appointment Scheduler Role Overview:
- Use customer service principles and techniques to deal with patients calmly and pleasantly.
- Schedule appointments by phone, in person, or email.
- Ensure smooth flow of the schedules, using computerized system for appointment making, and maintaining accurate and complete records.

Additional Information
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one year of experience in an appointment scheduling position.
- Detail oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of electronic medical record (EMR) system
Preferred
- Experience working within a medical practice setting.
Appointment Scheduler Working hours:
Monday to Friday
Scheduled 40 hours per week
