About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our home health care team. As an SLP with CenterWell Home Health, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with speech, language, hearing, and swallowing disorders in their homes or facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, direct, and provide speech/language pathology services to patients.
- Develop and review plans of treatment and care.
- Assess and treat disorders of speech, voice, language, hearing, and swallowing.
- Administer and interpret diagnostic tests and therapeutic treatments.
- Monitor patient progress and report changes to supervisors and physicians.
Requirements
- Meet the education and experience requirements for Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology granted by ASHA.
- Minimum six months' experience as a speech therapist/speech-language pathologist.
- Home health experience is a plus.
- Current and unrestricted license.
- Current CPR certification.
