The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. - As a Home Health Clinical Account Executive you will:
- Call on physicians, hospitals, SNF management, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned territory to promote our home health care services; building and maintaining referral source relationships.
- Prepare business plans and maintain target lists. Prioritize accounts following the market sales plan.
- Gather and organize account-related information and provide input on important customer opportunities.
- You will report to a Market Executive of Sales.
Use your skills to make an impact
- Current RN or LPN/ LVN license.
- Bachelors /Associates degree in Nursing or the equivalent generally preferred.
- Previous home health care sales; experience selling to physicians, Case Managers and in SNFs; or previous experience as a clinical liaison highly preferred.
- Experience maintaining sales outreach and contacts in a CRM preferred
- Microsoft Office proficiency required.
- Travel within an assigned territory and to sales meetings as required.
- This role is considered patient facing and is part of Human's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.
