">Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team on a per diem basis. As an Occupational Therapist with CenterWell Home Health, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families. You will be responsible for assessing patients' daily living skills, developing therapeutic retraining programs, and providing education to patients and their families.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' daily living skills and abilities
- Develop individualized therapeutic retraining programs to address patient needs and goals
- Provide educational sessions to patients and their families on proper techniques and strategies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Minimum 6 months of occupational therapy experience preferred
- Current and unrestricted OT licensure
- CPR certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
