Cashier/Sales Associate

Reasonably Flexible schedule however availability in the evenings and weekends is a must.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their shopping journey
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for retail sales transactions and cash handling
• Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability
• Process retail math calculations for transactions, discounts, and promotions with precision
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries.
• Support inventory management through stocking and merchandising.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales experience, especially in grocery stores or similar environments, is preferred but not necessary.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to provide outstanding customer service
• Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for transactions.
• Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele effectively
• Knowledge of merchandising, stocking procedures, and retail sales strategies is advantageous
• Demonstrated phone etiquette skills for professional remote communication
