We are hiring for several openings for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for Outpatient Therapy at our Washington, Centerville and Waynesburg locations.
Function as part of a treatment team to handle therapeutic and case management responsibilities for large and varied caseloads. This would entail working closely with other members of the staff and in particular the staff psychiatrist, to develop a comprehensive and functional treatment plan for each patient or family.
*This worker must process the ability independently as well as in conjunction with other community agencies and resources.*
Job duties include:
- Maintain a generalized caseload of a wide range of mental health problems and case management responsibilities.
- Quality assurance and emergency services.
- Knowledge of community resources, psycho-social therapy, and therapy modalities, including family therapy.
- "On call" responsibilities.
- Other duties as assigned.
