Job Description
SUMMARY OF POSITION
Provides clinical supervision to registered interns. Develops and maintains relationships with universities, professional groups and professional networks and actively supports recruitment of Master’s level clinicians, registered interns, licensed professionals and other clinicians to meet organizational needs.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Education Level
Master's degree required.
Years Of Experience
Qualified to provide clinical supervision to registered interns who are working towards licensure as Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and/or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. You must be approved as a Qualified Supervisor by the Florida Board or be currently eligible for certification.
Certification/Licensure
The candidate must possess a License in Mental Health Counseling (LMHC) and/or a License in Clinical Social Work (LCSW) in the State of Florida.

Job Description

Develops and maintains relationships with universities, professional groups and professional networks and actively supports recruitment of Master’s level clinicians, registered interns, licensed professionals and other clinicians to meet organizational needs.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Provides supervision to registered interns working towards licensure as Licensed Mental Health Counselors, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and/or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
- Makes arrangements for appropriate clinicians to provide clinical supervision to registered interns from other disciplines, given available resources.
- Acts as liaison with clinical supervisors for registered interns who are receiving supervision from clinical supervisors who do not work for Centerstone.
- Develops and maintains relationships with universities, professional groups and professional networks to support recruitment of Master’s Level clinicians, registered interns, licensed professionals and other clinicians.
- Matches interests/career goals of registered interns to organizational needs, ensuring that candidates hired as registered interns want to practice in areas where the organization needs them and where there is an anticipated need for succession planning for licensed counselors.
- Actively supports the recruitment of registered interns, licensed professionals and other clinicians to meet organizational needs.
- Represents Centerstone at Healthcare related job fairs and university job fairs.
- Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods.
