- Advanced Analytical Skills, including data modeling, trend analysis, and visualization to support decision-making.
- Proficiency with financial systems and business intelligence tools (e.g., ERP platforms, reporting and analytics software).
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CMA, or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- Experience in leading teams, managing complex projects, and improving financial processes and controls.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
- Background in healthcare or nonprofit organizations is beneficial, especially in multi-site or multi-state environments.
