CENTERS' management approach is customized for each client yet retains our uniform quality. Our firm unites site staff with a centralized administrative team, each contributing to the firm's goals and client needs. The CENTERS team is innovative, entrepreneurial, trail-blazing, and ambitious for both CENTERS and our clients. Today, CENTERS provides management services for 14 clients.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist with the oversight, training, and on-shift supervision of Changeover staff and other staff as needed.
- Enforce administrative policies and procedures as it relates to the building.
- Assist with the implementation, evaluation, and day to day operation of the game day setup and tear down including flooring, seating, tables, stages, ramps, etc.
- Perform seating, facilities, and event checklists inspections
- Report issues to management as they arise
- Assist with cleaning, housekeeping, and light maintenance
- Follow safety precautions and emergency procedures
- Attend all Staff and Committee meetings as assigned.
- Weekend work and game day work is required
Applicants must be 18 years or older.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Some experience using hand tools preferred
Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to perform general labor
- Must be able to discuss, converse with, and exchange accurate information with patrons, staff, stakeholders, etc.
Work Environment
- Non-smoking environment
- Moderate to loud noise
- Maintain flexible hours for events that occur on weekends and evenings
Physical Demands
- Walking, standing or working events
- Must be able to traverse throughout the center
- Must be able to lift, move and set up items weighing as much as 75 lbs.
