DUTIES:
- Assess residents’ cognitive and functional levels
- Plan and implement educational and cognitively stimulating programs
- Lead group and one-on-one sessions tailored to individual needs and abilities
- Support residents with cognitive, mental health, and physical disabilities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to enhance quality of life through structured programming
- Maintain appropriate documentation and progress notes
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Services, Psychology, Human Development, Mental Health, or a related field preferred
- Experience working with individuals with cognitive or behavioral challenges is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Creative, empathetic, and team-oriented approach
- Must be reliable, organized, and motivated to engage residents in meaningful activities
